Field erected cooling towers
G and AX series, FRPLarge towers for industrial processes and power plants. FRP blades are the usual choice because the environment is wet and sometimes aggressive.
Cofimco · Axial fans for the world
Cofimco axial fans are used wherever equipment cools by passing ambient air: cooling towers, air-cooled condensers and air cooled heat exchangers. Choose from FRP or aluminum blades, in the size and noise level your site needs.

What it does
An axial fan moves ambient air through the equipment so heat is carried away. Here is why the blade matters to you.
In a cooling tower the fan pulls air through the fill, so the warm water gives up its heat to the air. More air for each kilowatt means better cooling for less electricity.
The fan is one of the biggest power users in a cooling tower. The right blade profile and diameter can cut energy use without losing cooling performance.
Blades are made in different materials, sizes and profiles, so a fan can be matched to wet and aggressive tower conditions or to a quiet building site.

Large towers for industrial processes and power plants. FRP blades are the usual choice because the environment is wet and sometimes aggressive.
Factory-built towers mainly used for air conditioning (HVAC). Where noise matters, the low-noise ProSilenX series can be considered.
A main component of power plants, with large diameter fans moving air across the condenser.
Used mainly in petrochemical, oil refining and gas compression. Auto-variable pitch fans are available when you need to control airflow, and ProSilenX for ultra low noise.
A good match when the balance between performance and price is the main goal.
