Square Spray Nozzle
A newer Innovek nozzle that sprays a square pattern instead of a circle. Placed correctly, the squares fit side by side with no gaps and no overlap, so water reaches every part of the fill.

The round pattern
- ✕Where round spray patterns do not overlap enough, gaps appear that the water does not reach. These are called dead zones.
- ✕A round nozzle sprays in all directions from its center. If nozzles are placed too close, the water from neighbours overlaps.
- ✕Coverage can be uneven because of overlap or gaps, which lowers efficiency in some setups.
The square pattern
- ✓The square pattern gives precise control of where the water goes. Placed correctly, there are no gaps between spray areas, so no dead zones form.
- ✓It has a clear, orderly spray pattern that covers the area efficiently without overlap.

Sizes and flow
Pick the orifice size by color
Each orifice size has its own color, so the right size is easy to identify. Flow depends on the pressure at the nozzle. The desired operating range is 1 to 1.5 psi.
