Round Spray Nozzle
The Innovek heavy duty counter flow distribution nozzle is an efficient, non-clogging nozzle made for all counter flow cooling towers. Its patented PFC design gives excellent flow and a very uniform spray pattern, which helps the thermal performance of the tower.
- Patented PFC design for a very uniform spray
- Non-clogging, made for counter flow towers
- Color-coded orifice sizes from 19 to 38 mm

Sizes and flow
Pick the orifice size by color
Each orifice size has its own color, so the right size is easy to identify. Flow depends on the pressure at the nozzle. The desired operating range is 1 to 1.5 psi.
| Color | Size | mm | Flow at 1 psi | Flow at 1.5 psi |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Orange | 3/4" | 19 | 14 GPM (3.2 m³/h) | 17 GPM (3.9 m³/h) |
| Purple | 7/8" | 22 | 20 GPM (4.5 m³/h) | 24 GPM (5.4 m³/h) |
| Blue | 1" | 25 | 27 GPM (6.1 m³/h) | 32 GPM (7.3 m³/h) |
| Green | 1-1/8" | 29 | 35 GPM (7.9 m³/h) | 42 GPM (9.5 m³/h) |
| Red | 1-1/4" | 32 | 48 GPM (10.9 m³/h) | 57 GPM (12.9 m³/h) |
| Lime green | 1-3/8" | 35 | 59 GPM (13.4 m³/h) | 70 GPM (15.9 m³/h) |
| Black | 1-1/2" | 38 | 71 GPM (16.1 m³/h) | 82 GPM (18.6 m³/h) |
Flow figures are read from the manufacturer chart below and are approximate. Operating pressure: minimum 0.75 psi, desired 1 to 1.5 psi, maximum 1.75 psi.

Square Spray Nozzle
Sprays a square pattern that fits together with no gaps and no overlap, so water reaches every part of the fill.
